Position Summary:

Identity Group is a fast-paced, ever-changing environment delivering exciting sign projects to major hospitality and custom brand clients nationwide.  The Talent & Organizational Development Manager is a key part of this service, responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and administering development and training programs for all Company employees. This role also acts as liaison and advisor to Senior Leadership with respect to employee appreciation, recognition, and retention.


Essential Functions:
• Develops, implements, and leads a robust onboarding process.
• Designs and implements a variety of developmental initiatives, action plans, programs, and training materials.
• Directs the needs assessment for training and staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company.
• Designs and develops HR training programs for management and employees.
• Creates learning activities, audio-visual materials, instructor guides, and lesson plans.
• Leads business optimization initiatives by conducting individual and group training sessions for employees.
• Oversees the implementation and execution of the company HIPO program.
• Manages the individual development planning process for executives and emerging leaders.
• Manages the performance management process to ensure accurate and valid measurement of workforce performance and identifies areas for improvement.
• Measures the impact of developmental activities on employee performance, efficiency, retention, and job satisfaction.
• Administers the implements a company-wide performance-based incentive bonus program.
• Oversees the implementation of a company intranet portal.
• Develops and organizes strategy for formalizing and increasing employee recognition and enhancing employee appreciation activities.
• Maintains confidentiality of Company employees
• Complies with all Identity Group employee policies and procedures.
• Performs other job functions as assigned by manager or designee.


Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, Human Resources, business administration, or in a similar relevant field.
• Two plus years’ experience in organizational development in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent interpersonal as well as verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation and facilitator skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience designing and implementing effective training and development programs.
• Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
• Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities/projects is required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and working effectively across several departments.


Physical Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Five (5) years selling into B2B and B2C scenarios in the signage or related industries
• Experience selling to the hospitality, healthcare, educational and retail sectors are highly preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and SalesForce.com experience a plus.
