At Identity Group,

we’ve been creating and manufacturing interior signs for over 67 years. Founded in the 1950s, we spent decades perfecting our process and forming partnerships with some of the biggest brands in the industry; cementing ourselves as the largest interior sign manufacturer in the United States. Today we have more than 200,000 square feet of manufacturing space spanning across the nation, including our original space in Cookeville, TN, and additional campuses in Brunswick, ME, and Wichita, KS. Our unique approach to sign creation makes us an invaluable partner for some of the most iconic brands, such as Marriott Bonvoy, Amazon, and the NFL. Continue Reading He has led the company through an important transformational period including the launch of Identity Group's first eCommerce website, entry into high growth market verticals, and operational streamlining positioning the company for double-digit growth.

Sam previously served as the VP/GM of the Americas for Fellowes Brands based in Chicago and VP of US Enterprise for HP Inc. Between 2007 and 2010, Sam held leadership positions at Lexmark International in their retail/commercial print and supplies division. He began his career at International Paper Co in a variety of sales, operations, and general management roles both domestically and internationally in Europe.

Sam earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Hamilton College in Clinton, NY. He holds an Executive Certificate of Completion from Harvard Business School as well as LEAN Six Sigma practices throughout his career.

Bryan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in marketing from the University of Iowa's Tippie College of Business with a minor in Asian languages. He is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and earned a certificate from Beijing Language and Cultural University in Chinese language.

Lee has worked in the Human Resources field for over 30 years and holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Tennessee Technical College.

She was promoted to Director of Pre-Production and Customer Experience over both the Wichita and Cookeville Campuses in March 2021, Sr. Director of Operations and Customer Experience in 2022, and then this year as Head of Client Services & Marketing. Her responsibilities, among many, include developing and integrating customer experience standards and best practices into our solutions, daily operations, and customer interactions.

Prior to joining Identity Group, Koell managed key accounts at Midwest Single Source and Office Max Inc., the latter where she also served as Hub Manager of their Print and Document Services. She also held positions at Southard Corporation and Sykes.

Koell holds Bachelor and Master Industry Certifications from the Advertising Specialty Institute and attended Barton County Community College as well as Fort Hays State University.
