The passive wayfinding system software is designed for ease of data entry allowing flexibility and multiple appointments per indivdual. Data can be entered at the time of appointment, at reception or even on the web. A RFID tag is issued to the individual which identifies the individual within the system
Knows where you are
The passive wayfinding sytem uses leading edge technologies like RFID to detect individuals as they pass by receptor nodes placed within a facility. When the RFID tag is detected by a receptor node, Identity Group's proprietary software takes over and updates digital signs throughout the facility.
Knows how to get you there
Once an individual with a tag is detected by a receptor node the system updates signs throughout the facility with the next destination. Every sign in the path of the individual will show an identifier representing the individual, the destination and a directional arrow.

System notifies doctors office of patients arrival within the facilty upon detection
Breadcrumb feature
System will direct the visitor back to their point of entry after the destination has been reached
