Position Summary:

The SEO / SEM Analyst will plan and implement all Search Engine and PPC campaigns for Identity Group websites including B2C and B2B eCommerce as well as company website(s). The successful candidate will be able to deliver positive results from organic search and paid campaigns which create eCommerce sales conversions as well as lead generation and high search engine visibility for Identity Group within respective markets. The successful candidate will have the ability to complete projects quickly and accurately with minimal supervision as well as interact positively with both internal and external clients. The successful candidate will be a creative, passionate, and detail oriented self-starter with the ability and willingness to collaborate cross-functionally throughout the Organization.


Essential Functions:       

    • Manage all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks for organic SEO success
    • Develop and maintain PPC campaigns including Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, Remarketing and other PPC opportunities
    • Test, collect, and analyze data and results of various search engine marketing techniques, web site layouts, and advertising for search engine optimization
    • Recommend and implement changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
    • Work with and assist the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
    • Use knowledge of analytics and keyword tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Moz, Keywordfinder, and similar
    • Assist with A/B and multivariate experiments for Ad campaigns and usability studies
    • Perform ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities
    • Research and analyze competitor advertising links
    • Develop and implement link building strategy
    • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
    • Have a close eye for detail with the ability to see how it impacts the overall picture
    • Be an excellent communicator with the ability to talk about your SEO/SEM in terms of business objectives
    • Bring an up-to-date knowledge SEO/SEM and a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines
    • Possess aptitude to learn new techniques / keep abreast of changes in search engine algorithms and then adjust tactics to yield best results in a timely manner
    • Comply with all Identity Group policies and procedures
    • Maintain confidentiality of Company & Associate information
    • Perform other job functions as assigned by manager or designee

Physical Requirements:                                                                                


  • Regularly must be able to sit, talk, see and hear and occasionally walk and stand, lift up to 10 pounds
  • Must occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, grasp, and frequently use fingers for keying

Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, CS or a related field
  • 2+ years’ experience
  • Social Media and email marketing a plus
