Thermography

Thermography

Thermography is the process for producing raised lettering, as on stationery or calling cards, by applying a powder fused by heat to the fresh ink. Thermography is also known as “imitation engraving.” An engraving die is not required, and the process is faster and far less expensive than true engraving. Thermography can be applied to a wide selection of standard ink colors or to any color in the complete Pantone palette.
