Brad Wolf joined Identity Group in March 2011. He has successfully brought his experience of over 20 years to lead Identity Group in integration and asset management for market dominance. Previously, Brad was in similar strategic management roles with corporations such as Office Depot, Corporate Express, and Haworth Inc. Brad has a unique quality to lead and inspire the best in people and a relentless pursuit of excellence for the customer and shareholder. He earned his undergraduate degree in business from California State University, Chico and continued graduate studies at Emory University, GA.
Executive Vice President Operations
David Durfee joined the company in November 2011. He is a proven high-energy leader with strong operations and engineering skills ranging a spectrum from automated to custom manufacturing processes. Prior to joining Identity Group, David was senior vice president of operations with Universe Corp. He has also worked for Blair Company’s Sign Division, Image Point Signs, and Exedy America Corporation. David is originally from Knoxville, Tenn., and received his bachelor’s degree in civil and environmental engineering as well as his master’s of business administration degree (top graduate) in industrial engineering, both from the University of Tennessee.
Executive Vice President Information Services
Warren Soltis joined Identity Group in May 1994. His expertise is in information technology, telecommunications, applications, e-commerce and security. A self-starter, Warren has an international, manufacturing environment background with the ability to simply communicate complex concepts. He specializes in improving business processes, utilizing technology to create effective solutions, competitive advantages, and team building. Prior to joining Identity Group, Warren was director of information services at Pelikan, Inc. He has also worked for Allegheny International/Sunbeam-Oster. Warren is originally from Pittsburgh, Penn., and received his bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Pittsburgh.
Executive Vice President Human Resources
Lee Brantley joined the company in October 2009. His expertise is in all facets of human resources and safety with a background in environmental administration, front-line production management, and lean manufacturing. Prior to joining Identity Group, Lee was the regional human resources director for Collins & Aikman as well as human resources manager with Acument Global. Lee is originally from Nashville, Tenn., and received his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Tennessee Tech University. He is a licensed professional in human resources (PHR) and SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
